Items in stock ship in 3-5 business days from placing your order.
Please allow 2 weeks production time for items not ready to ship.
We offer complimentary shipping in the Continental U.S.A.
We ship to many International destinations. If your destination is not listed, please contact us for a rate.
We provide full insurance and require signature confirmation on all shipments.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
For International destinations, all duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All Joy Hand Painted Silk items are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and packaged with care.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing within 3 days upon receiving your order, stating the reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number, which must be marked on the outside of your return package. We will not accept returns without the RA number.
We do not accept returns on any items that have been worn.
Send your item(s) with any and all tags attached, and original packing materials to us via an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Refunds are issued after the item(s) have ben inspected and are refunded to the same method of payment.
Custom orders which require a deposit are not refundable.
In the unlikely event your item is received damaged, please notify us immediately.
