Shibori dyed charmeuse silk. This scarf has texture, it's ruched and beaded, it's cozy and lovely, each bead has been individually knotted to the silk.
I created this lovely shibori fabric many years ago after taking a class with a renowned shibori teacher in San Francisco. I kept it for the longest time, not knowing what to make with it. In January, I was inspired to make three items from the fabric.
